遮光アルミ内袋に入った抹茶を、化粧缶にお入れしています。
濃茶としての利用はもちろん、薄茶としてもご利用いただけるため、

【福知山産茶葉　ふくちやま茶って？】

福知山は全国茶品評会で数々の受賞歴のある、優良な高級日本茶の産地です。


その品質の良さで、生産された大半の茶葉が市外に出荷されるので、
地元で飲める希少なこのふくちやま茶は、山城屋茶舗でのみ取扱いの商品です。

明智光秀ゆかりの地が生み出す清らかな水と栄養たっぷりの土で育った新芽を、
さらに日光から遮ることで茶の甘みを引き出すため、地元生産者が手間ひまかけて
茶畑に黒い覆いを被せて作られています。

生産地、加工地ともに京都府内の、価値ある京都府産宇治抹茶です。




【福知山産抹茶　ふくちやま抹茶について】

福知山で育った単一農家の碾茶（てんちゃ）のみを100％使用した
山城屋茶舗オリジナルの抹茶です。
濃く鮮やかな緑色と、苦みのないすっきりとした味わいが特徴です。




【保存方法】
高温多湿を避け、開封後は抹茶の変色と匂い移りを防ぐため、缶を食品保存用袋に入れるなど
して冷蔵庫にて保管をおすすめします。

抹茶は使用前に［ふるい］にかけると点てやすくなります。
